Antoine Haguenauer is a strategy and management consultant and author specializing in innovation management, organizational scaling, and digital and AI transformation. A LeanTech expert, he works with organizations to translate technological change into operational performance and sustainable growth. His experience includes serving in the cabinet of the French Minister for European Affairs, where he contributed to policy development at the intersection of European governance and strategic transformation.
Alongside his advisory work, he teaches Philosophy and Economics at the French Military Academy, bringing a cross-disciplinary perspective that connects strategic thinking, public policy, and economic systems.
